STUCK INSIDE: A QUARANTINE ZINE

In March of 2020, the relentless spread of a deadly disease began a global pandemic that shut down the world. In the midst of catastrophe, artists gathered via the power of the internet to create STUCK INSIDE: A QUARANTINE ZINE. This weekly publication collected early-pandemic writing, art, photos, poetry, and more from the NYC area and beyond.

As of June 2023, over 45,000 people have died from Covid-19 in NYC alone. Over 1 million people have died in the US, and nearly 7 million have died globally.

This zine only lasted a couple of months. The Pandemic lasted over three years, with the World Health Organization officially ending the Public Health Emergency on May 11th, 2023.
